Out with the old, in with the new
New Year's is without a doubt my favorite holiday. It is a time to revisit and evaluate a few old goals and make some new ones. It is a fresh start to a new and improved you. With that said, welcome to our fi rst issue of 2012. Throughout the year, we will be making a few changes to our print content/format, and our online offerings have been enhanced. However, we will continue to bring you the same comprehensive coverage in the medical construc- tion and design industry. We will also maintain our spotlight section, which shines on select topics such as healthcare kitchens/food-service areas and emer- gency power.
This year we are rolling out supplemental sections beginning with our HVAC supplement (see inside). Each supplement will highlight similar content as the main magazine including feature articles, industry news and product news all presented in a compact format and focused on a subtopic within the industry. Stay tuned for more supplements throughout the year. Speaking of compact and new this year, the electronic version of our publication can now be conveniently viewed on an iPad, iPhone, Android or Blackberry device. Visit mcdmag.epubxp.com for more information.
Also be sure to check out our website frequently in between issues as content is updated regularly with a few exclusive items, as well as breaking news and relevant industry topics. And if you have not signed up for our e-newsletter, you can easily do so at www. mcdmag.com.
It is our commitment to you, our valued readers, to provide the most up-to-date industry news and trends while maintaining a fresh product. We hope you enjoy the issue and as always, feel free to drop us a line.
