Warren Hospital joins St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, plans for expansion St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network and Warren Healthcare, a community hospital based in Phillipsburg, N.J., signed legal documentation for War- ren Hospital to offi cially become the sixth St. Luke's hospital. The name of the hospital is now St. Luke's Warren Hospital.
Goals for the partnership include the integration and investment in infor- mation technology and the construc- tion of a new, updated and expanded intensive care unit at Warren. Future plans include offering new services and re-opening the mother-baby unit.

Twin County Regional Healthcare Board of Directors and Duke LifePoint Healthcare have signed a defi nitive agreement to jointly own and operate Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax, Va. and its affi liated assets. The new joint venture will advance the hospi- tal's strategic plan to strengthen its operations and enhance medical services offered in the Twin Counties and the surrounding region. The joint venture has committed to invest $20 million in capital improvements at the hospital over the next 10 years.
CDH Partners, Inc. and Stegenga + PART- NERS, P.C. recently merged and is practic- ing under the name CDH Partners, Inc. The merger creates a preeminent medical design and planning fi rm with the capability to assist clients while managing the complexities of a growing healthcare system. Paul W.
